Our first trainees Ms Mokgwathi Kefilwe Mumsy and Mr Gagosimologe Tshoganesto, of Leopard Ecology and Conservation, Botswana, arrived in November in The Gambia and stayed at the project center for two weeks.
Our new electricity generating bike has been introduced to 5th grade students of Latriya school by its builder and renewable energy consultant Malang Jatta. It also attracted the interest of Mr.
We erected two road sign boards to show the way to the Tiloo project in Latriya: One at Sukuta traffic light junction on the way going towards Jabang, and one at Latriya garage in front of the Mosque.
By using solar cookers, you don’t need charcoal or fire wood. Hence, Tiloo helps protecting the trees in the Gambia. Now we contribute even more to the tree population: We have planted several fruit trees in our project center.
Der Stapel donates 10. CHF to Tiloo for each book-stack sold.
